Conflict can feel like a steady state in the current startup world, whether it be among founders, silo teams, individuals, even investors. But, it doesn't define us nor should it be the kind of unnecessary distraction that jeopardizes your company.

 

As entrepreneurs ourselves we lived through our fair share of disruption, so at endure Partners we decided to combine our experience as founders, coaches and mediators to help great teams become amazing teams, by learning how to purposefully manage conflict out of the start-up equation. We call it "proactive progress" and it's intended to infuse ownership, trust, transparency and accountability into every silo of your start-up. The result is the kind of collaborative velocity and mutual respect that proactively squelches all kinds of conflict as it naturally accelerates all kinds of shared success.
